Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus (approximately 16 spears)
  • 1 T olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1:
Prepare the asparagus. Wash the asparagus and trim off the woody ends. You can either do this with a knife or by snapping the ends of the stalks.
